ExamSure - NEET JEE UPSC SSC Preparation & More ("ExamSure", "we", "our", or "us") provides exam preparation features such as subject practice, revision flows, mock support, insights, subscription plans, and community features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and what choices users have.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, login provider details, Firebase ID, profile image, and account status.
• Profile and study data: selected exam, selected language, selected state (if applicable), bookmarks, wrong-answer history, revision activity, performance statistics, streaks, leaderboard data, and study preferences.
• Purchase and subscription information: subscription SKU/product ID, purchase token, transaction/order reference, purchase status, plan type, and associated entitlement status.
• Device and app data: device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, app version, notification token, session identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic logs, and basic network/device metadata.
• User-submitted content: Ask & Discuss posts, comments, reports, profile updates, account deletion requests, and support/contact messages.
• Advertising and consent data: ad preference signals, consent choices, ad interaction events, and related analytics data where applicable.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage user accounts;
• provide practice, revision, leaderboard, notification, and community features;
• deliver premium subject unlock, ad-free access, and other paid entitlements after valid verification;
• maintain security, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and protect premium content from unauthorized access;
• operate customer support, account deletion processing, and moderation workflows;
• improve app stability, measure feature usage, and diagnose crashes or technical issues;
• show ads, manage ad frequency, and respect ad-removal entitlements where applicable;
• comply with legal obligations, payment record requirements, and lawful enforcement requests.

3. Authentication, Notifications, and Analytics Services

ExamSure uses third-party services such as Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and other infrastructure or developer tools to support login, messaging, analytics, diagnostics, and app stability.

4. Advertising and Tracking

ExamSure may use advertising and mediation services such as Google Mobile Ads, Unity Ads, and IronSource. These services may process device-level or advertising-related data according to their own privacy practices. Users with ad-free access may still choose to view optional rewarded ads in some flows where rewards are explicitly offered.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscription Access

Premium subject unlock and ad-free benefits are granted only after a valid purchase or subscription is recorded and accepted by our systems. Purchase records may be used to validate, maintain, restore, audit, or deny access to premium features and to prevent abuse or unauthorized use.

6. Community and User Content

If you post in community sections such as Ask & Discuss, your submitted content, chosen display name, and related moderation/report information may be stored and shown within the app according to the feature design and moderation workflow.

7. Content Generation and AI Workflows

Some content, including question drafting, formatting, organization, tagging, summaries, or support content, may involve automated systems or AI-assisted workflows. Privacy-related data usage remains governed by this policy regardless of whether operational tools include automation or AI support.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers, infrastructure vendors, analytics providers, advertising partners, payment or purchase verification providers, moderation/support tools, and legal authorities where required for the operation, protection, or compliance needs of ExamSure.

9. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the app, maintain user progress, support subscriptions, comply with legal or financial obligations, investigate abuse, or resolve disputes. Some records may be retained for security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes even after a user requests deletion.

Data may be processed on servers or systems operated by us or our service providers in locations outside a user's local jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and service-provider safeguards.
